AB  - This work attempts to overcome the prejudice that Kant's philosophy is inadequate for a reflection of the cultural world. The author explores the possibility of a cultural philosophy based upon a Kantian notion of culture, and contends that Kant's understanding of philosophy can be viewed as a theory of technical reason. The line of argument reveals that it is possible to reconstruct at least the outlines of a Kantian philosophy of culture.
